When you contact us we collect the information you provide — typically your name, phone number, email address, postal address and a description of the job. We may also keep records of work carried out for service history and warranty purposes.

We use your information to respond to enquiries, provide quotes, carry out works, issue invoices, certificates and service reminders, and comply with our legal obligations under Gas Safe regulations.

We do not sell your data. We only share information with third parties where required to deliver the service (for example boiler manufacturers for warranty registration) or where required by law.

Job records are kept for up to 7 years to satisfy tax and regulatory requirements. Enquiry information from people who do not become customers is deleted within 12 months.
